How to permanently delete your Gamechemy account and data, with or without the app.
Option 1 · Fastest
Delete in the app
1Open the Gamechemy app and sign in.
2Go to Profile → Settings and scroll to Account.
3Tap Delete account.
4Confirm twice when prompted. The second confirmation reads “I understand, delete everything.”
Deletion starts immediately once confirmed and cannot be undone. You’ll be signed out.
Signed in with Apple? You’ll be asked to confirm with Apple so Gamechemy can remove its Sign in with Apple access. If that can’t be done automatically, the app shows how to remove it yourself in your iPhone’s Settings under Sign in with Apple.
If some cleanup takes longer, your account is blocked right away and Gamechemy keeps retrying the remaining deletion steps automatically.
Option 2 · Without the app
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have Gamechemy installed, or can’t sign in, you can ask us to delete your account.
1Email support@gamechemy.com from the email address associated with your Gamechemy account.
2Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address you signed up with.
3We’ll verify you’re the account owner and process the deletion.
Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, matches, conversations, account-linked games, and authored community posts, subject to the retained records described below. This action cannot be undone.

Upon deletion, we remove or anonymize your profile and account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms. A short-lived destination address may be kept only long enough to send the deletion completion notice.
Safety reports remain with reporter and reported-account identifiers cleared. A separate evidence copy of up to 200 recent messages can survive deletion; it uses participant roles, but the text may still contain personal information. Shared game statistics stay with the other player with your account identifier removed.
A minimal deletion record linked to your former account identifier and hashed email suppression records can remain. These records and safety reports have no automatic deletion period; evidence removal requires moderator action. Deletion does not automatically erase data already processed by outside providers. Gamechemy has no active subscriptions today. If you have a store subscription when purchases become available, deleting your account will not cancel it; manage or cancel it separately through Apple or Google.
